Hi,
we are new to using oracle invoice approval in our organization.
We have noticed that in the notification the approver receives only the comments by the previous approver appear, on the other hand all the comments made by other via "Request Information" always appear in all notifications in the Details column, I would like to have all the comments made by all approvers included in all notifications in the Details column, is this possible?
