Smile You can get it from FND_TERRITORIES_VL table
with this script

Select FT.Territory_shot_name as country_name
from
Po_vendor_site_all PVS,
FND_TERRITORIES_VL FT
where FT.TERRITORY_CODE = PVS.COUNTRY
