We have a three node cluster in our test environment. The VMs are RHEL6 and we would need to migrate all these databases to new RHEL7 nodes. Can you guide us on what are the best approaches to achieve this with minimal downtime or risk? In existing cluster: GRID home: 18c & Databases in 12cR2 &12cR1

Welcome to the forum. Please read the OraFAQ Forum Guide and How to use code tags and make your code easier to read

Add your new RHEL7 nodes to the cluster, relocate your services, remove the old RHEL6 nodes. It's minimal risk procedure, no need for any downtime. If licences are a problem, you'll have to do it one node at a time: remove an RHEL6 node, add an RHEL7 node, and so on.

Thanks John for the quick reply. Do we have any implementation plan document for the similar scenario? If yes, Where should I look for that.
