if your environment file is executed than
cd $APPLCSF/out - Output file directory
cd $APPLCSF/log - log file directory
otherwise go to $APPL_TOP than look for common directory.
Underneath common you will find out and log directory

Hi,
It depends on your instance
the file will be $APPL_TOP directory and the file name would be APP<instance>.env
you have to have priviledge to execute it.
Generally UNIX admin will create and env for a user and every time he logs in user has its environment set.
but...if you have access to SQLPLUS
query
select logfile_name,outfile_name from fnd_concurrent_requests
where request_id=<your request id>
and you will get the directory.
