Oracle 10.2.0.2 on Solaris x86_64.The Alert log shows the below given warning,how to resolve this.
Also ps -ef|grep oradism shows no process


DISM started, OS id=5784
Warning:Detected dead oradism process
Warning:Detected too many memory locking problems.
Warning:Performance degradation may occur
