A question about ALTER User statement [message #284272]

Hi,

For one of the user -user1, we have a user creation ddl , that contains the following line:

ALTER USER user1 DEFAULT ROLE ALL;

Can you convey what does it mean? - for example does it mean that this user will have DBA privileges? This ddl is generated by Toad.

I got the clarification...this statement only means that all roles granted to user will be enabled at the time of his logon...
