No such single command exists.
I guess this means you need to go back to using ACCESS.

Can you precise what you mean.
Do you want to grant a role to a user?
Do you want to grant a user the privileges has a role?
Do you want to grant to user y all the roles granted to user x?
...
What do you want?

I think dba_role_privs where grantee = ' ' might help you. and there is a procedure called dbms_metadata. might help you also.
