Talk:FreeBSD
From Oracle FAQ
This article mentions a "vibrant group of users", but only provides links to installing Oracle 8i (Released 1999) and Oracle 9i (released in 2001). Providing to 8 year old software is an indication of a *stale* group of users--- are their any links to installing Oracle 10 or 11? Are there links to installing Oracle using FreeBSD native mode, not running on a Linux emulation layer? Is it possible that this 'vibrant community' is actually stale, people people are now choosing MySQL or PostgreSQL over Oracle?
