Oracle 23ai

Oracle 23ai is a long-term support release of the Oracle Database, superseding Oracle 19c. The highlight of this release is the introduction of artificial intelligence functionality, hence the "ai" in the name.
History and Support Status[edit]
Oracle 23ai is currently only available on Oracle Cloud and Engineered Systems like ExaData, ExaCC, ODA, etc. Oracle 23ai on-prem was pushed out to CY2025.
Oracle 23ai FREE (preciously called XE or Express Edition) is a limited developer release that can be downloaded from Oracle's website.
Premier Support for Oracle 23c will end on 31 December 2029 and Error Correction/ Patching with Extended Support will end on 31 December 2032.
